Dr. Carter is a 1980 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is skilled and has certifications in many chiropractic techniques, and he chooses a treatment based upon what is best for the patient’s individual condition.
Common techniques he performs are “traditional” Palmer specific chiropractic adjustments including Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, and Thompson techniques, as well as extremity chiropractic procedures and Cox Spinal Decompression Technique. He has over 40 years of experience in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal cases.
Dr. Carter is a fellow of the Acupuncture Society of America. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Spinal Biomechanical Engineers. He is certified in the Cox Spinal Decompression Technique. He has postdoctoral training in Graston Myofascial Release Technique.
